These are my favorite self-care products for parents as we face another winter amidst a pandemic.

Neom body butter ($38)

This nourishing body butter smells wonderful, and I got the body butter that promotes sleep with magnesium.

Cozy socks from Barefoot Dreams ($20)

Barefoot Dreams have the softest and coziest blankets, socks and more. When the winter months roll around I love sipping tea with these cozy socks.

You Belong” spiral notebook from Morgan Harper Nichols ($14.99)

Lined notebook for all your journaling this year! Check out Nichols’ books, prints, app, podcast, etc. for even more self-care inspiration.

Self Care 101: Self-Care Inspiration for Busy Parents” book by Kristi Yeh ($19.14)

Learn about the nine wellness categories, four barriers to self-care (and how to overcome them), and many more mindfulness and self-compassion activities.

The Little Book of Hygge: Danish Secrets to Happy Living” by Miek Wiking ($18.39)

Learn how the Danish cultivate a sense of cozy contentment and connection with loved ones, no matter how rainy and cold the weather!

Self-Care mug by Parent Self-Care ($12.99)

Choose from over five designs, and you will get a daily reminder to prioritize your needs too while enjoying your coffee or tea.

Lavender Lemonade lip balm from AH Lip & Body Butter ($5.00)

This unexpected flavor combination is self-care for the senses, and also keeps your lips moist. If you purchase one of the body butters, they work as lip balm as well.

Seattle Fir Soy Candle by Sukie’s Candle Co. ($36)

Come back to the present moment as you smell any of the beautiful candles by Sukie’s Candle Co.

Self-care can be inexpensive and free, but if you are looking for a few items to brighten the winter months I hope you find one or two in this list.
