In celebration of Black History Month I’m featuring G. Michelle Goodloe’s self-care journals! In addition to being a self-care therapist and new mother, Goodloe has published three self-care books. This post and worksheet is based on her book, “The Self-Care Investment: Your Guide to Making Your Self-Care Non-Negotiable.” Goodloe was on The Mental Mile Podcast talking about this book on our Season 2 finale.
