There’s a lot on social media about recharging your batteries, but as busy parents sometimes we don’t know where to start. When we finally get some time to ourselves we often go into productivity-mode, spiral about the “best” way to spend free time, or plop down to binge a series. Enter this new worksheet to give parents a concrete avenue to reflect on what drains them—and what nourishes them—so parents everywhere can cultivate more rejuvenation into their daily life.

Self-nourishment equals Self-love.
— Becky Vollmer

Worksheets, journaling, or notes on your phone increase your chances of following through with your intentions by about 40% and having an accountability partner increases your chances of completing the goal by about 65% (Inc., 2018). I hope this worksheet brings you more awareness, clarity, and nourishment. Bonus points if you recruit a dear friend to fill out the worksheet with, and cheer each other on as you invite more nourishment into both of your lives!

This worksheet was inspired by Tara Clark’s book, Modern Mom Probs: A Survival Guide for 21st Century Mothers. Clark started her popular Instagram account to build more community in motherhood, and now hosts a podcast featuring knowledgeable parents and professionals talking about modern parenthood. You can also check out my interview on the Modern Mom Probs podcast all about you guessed it—Self-Care for Parents!

Before you were a mom, you were someone. that someone still matters
