September is National Self-Care Awareness Month

Written by Kristi Yeh

Did you know there is an entire month dedicated to educating and encouraging people to invest in their wellbeing? I didn’t until this year, and it is much needed. I created a downloadable calendar with a different self-care idea for each day to hopefully make your self-care routine a bit more fun and restorative!

The Calendar is Broken Up Into Categories:

  • Meditation Mondays

  • Self-Talk Tuesdays

  • Writing Wednesdays

  • Throwback Thursdays

  • Fun Fridays

  • DIY Saturdays

  • Soothing Sundays

The calendar includes links to meditation recordings, writing prompts, and DIY projects. I hope this calendar brings you joy this month.

P.S. No need to complete all of the items on the calendar! This calendar is not meant to lead you to feelings of self-blame if you don't do "enough" of the activities. You don't need to do a single activity if you don't want to. You are the expert on what helps you stay rested, healthy, and joyful.
